About Us

General Information

What is OzSpurs?

OzSpurs is the Official Australian Tottenham Hotspur Supporters Club, established in 2001 to unite Spurs fans across Australia.

Why was OzSpurs founded?

OzSpurs was created out of frustration over the lack of live Spurs coverage in Australia and the absence of a central place for fans to gather and support the team.

Membership & Involvement

How can I become a member of OzSpurs?

You can join for as little as $10 per season. Visit the Membership page for details.

Do I have to be a member to attend events or meetups?

No. All Spurs fans are welcome at OzSpurs events and local Chapter gatherings.

What types of membership are available?
  • Online Membership – All benefits, no physical pack.
  • Regular Membership – Includes seasonal Membership Pack.
  • Junior Membership – For fans under 15; includes a kids’ pack.
What benefits do OzSpurs members receive?
  • Priority access to Tottenham Hotspur tickets
  • Discounts on merchandise and events
  • Connection to local Chapters and national events
  • Membership Packs (for Regular and Junior members)
What’s in the Membership Pack?

Freshly designed OzSpurs merchandise and exclusive gear. (Note: Not included with Online Membership.)

When do I receive my Membership Pack?

Distribution begins in early August each season.

When do my membership benefits start?

Immediately upon joining.

What is a Tottenham Hotspur CRN and why do I need one?

The CRN (Client Reference Number) helps the club track membership numbers for ticketing, guest access, and support. Learn how to get a CRN here.

Is the Membership only for match tickets?

No. OzSpurs is also about shared experiences, exclusive events, and community.

Events & Matchdays

Where can I watch Spurs matches in Australia?

OzSpurs has Chapters in major cities including Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Canberra, Central Coast, Darwin, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula, Newcastle, Perth, Sydney, Tasmania and Wollongong. Fans meet at local pubs to watch matches.

What time are Spurs matches on in Australia?

Kick-off times vary from 9pm to 7am depending on the UK schedule. A 3pm UK Saturday match usually kicks off at 2am AEST, depending on Daylight Savings.

Is OzSpurs active on social media?

Yes! Follow OzSpurs on Facebook, X (Twitter), and Instagram for updates and interactions.

Is there an online community for chatting about Spurs?

Yes. Join the OzSpurs Facebook group or engage on the website—especially handy for late-night games. Alternatively, there are Facebook groups for each chapter: Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Canberra, Central Coast, Darwin, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula, Newcastle, Perth, Sydney, Tasmania and Wollongong.

Visitors & New Fans

I’m visiting or just moved to Australia. Can I join in?

Absolutely. OzSpurs welcomes visitors and new residents to join local events and meetups.

Do you welcome new fans or those not born in Australia?

Yes! OzSpurs proudly welcomes locals, migrants, and travelers—anyone who loves Spurs.

Tottenham Hotspur Match Day Ticket Application

General Ticket Application

Who is eligible to apply for tickets?

Applicants must be OzSpurs members and paid One Hotspur members (not One Hotspur Connect).

When can I apply?

Applications windows are open between July and February each seaon. Deadlines vary so, please check the Ticket Application page for details.

What matches can I apply for?

Members are able to apply for:
- Prermier League home matches
- European home matches (but with very short notice, two days or less)

Unfortunately we are unable to submit applications for:
- Premier League and European away matches
- Domestic cup matches.

Can I apply for multiple matches?

Yes, you can select multiple matches in one application.

Can I apply on behalf of others?

Yes, but they must:
- Be in your One Hotspur network
- Hold a paid One Hotspur membership and have a valid CRN

Application Process

How do I apply?

Visit the Ticket Application to Apply, then:
1. Select your desired match(es)
2. Add all applicants
3. Choose your seating block
4. Enter CRNs
5. Submit your application

What happens after I apply?

OzSpurs forwards your application to Tottenham Hotspur FC. The lead booker will receive an email if successful.

When will I know the if my application was successful?

You'll be contacted before tickets go on sale to all One Hotspur members. It may take several weeks.

Seating, Pricing & Categories

What seating blocks are available?
  • Block 251 (South Lower): Safe standing, adults only
  • Block 423 (North Mid): Adult, Senior & Junior options
Can I choose another seating area?

Only during the general One Hotspur Members sale. Seat availability is subject to change.

How are matches categorized?

Matches are grouped as: - Category A - Category B - Category C Please consult the Ticket Application page for Category Pricing.

Deadlines, Notification & Support

When are the application deadlines?

Please consult the Ticket Application page for application deadlines.

How will I be notified if I get tickets?

The lead booker will be informed by email once the club confirms the application.

How long does this take?

Several weeks, based on Tottenham Hotspur’s processing schedule.

Merchandise

This FAQ covers merchandise sold through both official OzSpurs merchandise channels:

  • OzSpurs Shop (https://ozspurs.com/shop): Items purchased in advance by OzSpurs and held in stock. Then dispatched to you upon order placement.
  • OzSpurs Drop Ship Store @ The Print Bar (https://ozspurs.theprintbar.com): Print-on-demand items produced and shipped by The Print Bar once an order is placed.

General Questions

Are the same items available in both stores?

No. Each store offers a different range of merchandise. Items sold in the OzSpurs Shop are not available in the OzSpurs Drop Ship Store @ The Print Bar, and vice versa.

What is the difference between stocked merchandise and drop-ship merchandise?
  • OzSpurs Shop: Items are pre-purchased by OzSpurs and shipped from our own stock, which generally means quicker dispatch but limited quantities.
  • OzSpurs Drop Ship Store @ The Print Bar: Items are printed only after you place your order, offering a wider range of products but with longer production times.

Pricing, Discounts & Membership

Do OzSpurs members receive discounts on merchandise?
  • OzSpurs Shop: Yes, OzSpurs members receive discounts on eligible items purchased through the OzSpurs Shop.
  • OzSpurs Drop Ship Store @ The Print Bar: Membership discounts do apply to items purchased via the OzSpurs Drop Ship Store @ The Print Bar, a code is supplied to you when you purchase your membership but will need to be manually entered. It is not automatically applied and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Ordering & Processing

How long does it take for my order to be processed?
  • OzSpurs Shop: Orders take around 5 business days to be dispatched.
  • OzSpurs Drop Ship Store @ The Print Bar: Orders typically take up to 14 days from ordering to dispatch. Production time varies depending on the product and printing method.
Can I order items from both stores at the same time?

Orders placed in the OzSpurs Shop and the OzSpurs Drop Ship Store @ The Print Bar are processed separately and cannot be combined into a single shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer international shipping?
  • OzSpurs Shop: Yes, a quote for international shipping can be provided, please email [email protected] for more details.
  • OzSpurs Drop Ship Store @ The Print Bar: Yes. International shipping is available, with delivery times varying by destination.
How long does delivery take within Australia?
  • OzSpurs Shop: Postage is via Australia Post and typically takes around 1-7 business days for regular shipping and 1-4 for express shipping.
  • OzSpurs Drop Ship Store @ The Print Bar: Delivery time equals production time plus shipping. Within Australia, this is typically production time plus 2–7 business days (regular shipping) or production time plus 1 business day (express shipping).
How much does shipping cost?
  • OzSpurs Shop: Prices are set by Australia Post and vary depending of volume and weight.
  • OzSpurs Drop Ship Store @ The Print Bar: Shipping costs are set by The Print Bar. Shipping costs are weight-based, so you only pay for what's required. Express and international rates are higher. Can I track my order?
  • OzSpurs Shop: Australia Post tracking details are added to your order and will also be provided to you via the email against your account.
  • OzSpurs Drop Ship Store @ The Print Bar: Order status can be viewed by logging into your Print Bar account and checking the dashboard. Once your item is printed and shipped, a tracking number is emailed to you by The Print Bar (usually the evening it ships).
Is local pickup available?
  • OzSpurs Shop: Local pickup for some items is available only for Sydney and Melbourne at match-day meetups. Contact the respective Sydney or Melbourne Organiser to arrange this.
  • OzSpurs Drop Ship Store @ The Print Bar: Local pickup is available from Brisbane or Melbourne. Orders are usually ready within 7–21 days.

Returns, Exchanges & Faults

Can I return or exchange merchandise?
  • OzSpurs Shop: Returns can be accepted, at your own cost for return items. Please speak to our merchandise team if you have any issues, email [email protected].
  • OzSpurs Drop Ship Store @ The Print Bar: Because items are made to order, returns are generally only accepted for faulty or incorrect items. Change-of-mind returns are not typically available.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
  • OzSpurs Shop: Please contact our merchandise team to arrange a replacement, email [email protected]. If damage, please try to supply a photo.

Product Care

How should I care for my OzSpurs merchandise?
  • OzSpurs Shop: Any special care instructions will be supplied with the item if needed.

What happens if my order is delayed?

  • OzSpurs Drop Ship Store @ The Print Bar: Delays may occur due to production or courier issues. Tracking details should be checked first, then contact OzSpurs or The Print Bar if delays are significant.
