Paul Gascoigne is a name synonymous with Tottenham Hotspur. Ask anyone who grew up in the 90s why they support Spurs, and it’s almost a certainty they will say Gazza played a role. However, for all his footballing talents, he had some well documented off-field vices which continue to haunt him to this day.
This is your chance to come along to an exclusive screening of ‘Gascoigne’, a documentary delving into his triumphs and despairs of one of modern football’s most revered figures, and a Spurs legend. It follows Gazza from the start of his footballing dream, with hometown club Newcastle, to his time at Spurs, his England heroics, and ultimately where his troubles caught up with him.
Australia Spurs will be hosting this screening at the RMIT University on Tuesday 26 July. Doors open at 2:30pm and the movie will start promptly at 2:45pm as in we build up to the first match of the ICC Tournament against Juventus. We have a limited number of tickets, which are on sale NOW for just $7 for members and $10 for non-members.
