What a weekend it was in Adelaide for the Ozspurs national. For the first time big numbers from all 5 chapters made the trip. For those that attended there was a suprise in store for everyone....including even me. The founder of the club Justin Long who hasnt been to Australia in the past 4 years made the trip to the joy of us all.

To make his attendance even more special is that the committee had already made plans to honour Justin at the AGM on the sunday. Not only had we organised to present him with Life Membership of Spurs Australia, but we had also decided to bring in a new recognition award 'The Ozspurs Hall of Fame' in which Justin would quite rightly be the inuagral entrant.

He was presented with both awards at the Spurs Australia 2009 AGM in Glenelg. The following is a link to the presentation ( audio during Justin's speech is a little low) Video of presentation.
